Design and Plan
Project Development Phase
Project Development Agreement: We’ll send you a ballpark estimate and agreement for your review. Once approved, we’ll dive into planning every detail of your remodel.

Prepare
Pre-Construction Phase
Pre-Construction Meeting: We’ll review the project, introduce our project manager, and address any questions. We’ll also take “before” pictures and handle the necessary permits.

Construction Phase
Schedule and Deliveries: We’ll keep you updated on deliveries and the schedule of events throughout the construction process.
Construction Begins: Our team will work diligently to bring your vision to life.
Punch List Walk-Through: We’ll ensure all finishing touches are perfect before you enjoy your newly remodeled space.
Finishing Touches
Post Construction Phase
Final Inspections: We’ll manage any necessary inspections.
Final Walk-Through: We’ll schedule a final walk-through to ensure your complete satisfaction. We’ll also take “after” photos of your beautiful new space.
